Policy

No call or same day cancellations will result in loss of deposit and you may not be able to book future appointments.

Arrive on time. There will be a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Appointments may be rescheduled once if done within 24 hours in advance.

Please come with bare nails (no product). I don't work over another tech's work. Book a soak off if needed.

Since I am home based, no extra guests are allowed at appointments.

Deposit will be applied to balance due. Your remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted forms: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay.
